Richard "inherited" his interest in the real estate profession as his father was a builder
and his mother a real estate Broker. He started buying and selling single family homes in the mid 1980's, became a Realtor in 1994, and started a subdivision of spec homes in 1995. Since 1995 he has focused on gaining both knowledge and experience in residential, relocation, foreclosures, investment property, commercial, land, multi-family properties, and property management.
He became a Broker in 1999 and has been an officer and director in our local Realtors' association, as well as a chairperson and member of various committees. With a
Bachelors degree in Education, numerous graduate level classes in marketing and business, and well over 200 hours of real estate classes, he offers his experience and training covering most every aspect of the real estate field. His work motto is: "If I do what's best for my client, it will always work out fine for me," and notes that he works
very hard for every client.
