PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. In order to purchase a property, please complete ALL the fields that apply to you, your spouse or partners. We require a $500.00 deposit to hold the property for you with the return of this form. This fee is separate from your earnest deposit. We recommend that you OVERNIGHT or EXPRESS MAIL your check. Once received and processed, we will issue a purchase contract. If you decide NOT to sign the purchase contract upon receipt, or should the sale not close for any reason associated with the Buyer, please remember you will still be responsible for paying the cost for any home inspections performed, any appraisals performed, and the $500.00 will be forfeited to cover expenses incurred by North East Tennessee Real Estate, LLC. All contracts will be express mailed to your home address unless you specify otherwise. Contracts require a $3,000.00 earnest deposit (unless otherwise noted) which becomes part of your down payment. The $500.00 deposit will be reimbursed at closing. Contracts need to be OVERNIGHTED or EXPRESS MAILED back ASAP as we do not have a legally binding agreement until we have BOTH the buyer’s and the seller’s signatures.
